Alan Louis

Alan Louis, born in Brittany in 1992, an ex-officer of the Merchant Navy, is a young artist, ceramist and self-taught interior designer.

Since 2018 Alan Louis exhibits his art pieces in which animals are in the spotlight. He lives between Lisbon, Paris and Brittany. In addition to his high aesthetical sensitivity of interiors, he is passionate about refurbishment works and home renovations. In the spring 2021, he founded his brand and launched his first collection of vases, benches, ceramic candles and cushions, all handmade.

His art pieces are living scultpures. He creates objects with contours and curves which tell stories. Each piece is unique and signed, handmade in a chamotte clay, fired several times between 900 and 1400 degres.

Thanks to his assembly and modelling work and various cooking process, he transforms earthenware into masterpieces which reveal their stories. He creates organic and curvy forms with jewels.
