INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We deliver to many countries, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as several countries within the European Union. Available delivery areas and methods may vary depending on the product, destination, weight, volume and transport constraints.
If a destination or delivery method is not available directly on the website, please contact us at customercare@chiaracolombini.com so that we can review your request and, where applicable, provide a shipping quotation.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local formalities may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
The applicable delivery time is indicated when the order is placed and confirmed in the order confirmation.
The delivery times provided are based on the information available at the time of the order and are indicative, unless we expressly commit to a specific delivery date or mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
For made-to-order products, lead times may in particular be affected by workshop closures, annual holidays, public holidays or periods of high activity.
Where an order includes several products available on different dates, it is generally shipped in one consignment once the entire order is available.

RECEIPT & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend checking the number of parcels as well as the condition of the packaging and products.
If there is any visible damage or irregularity, please make precise and detailed reservations with the carrier.
In the event of damage, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours at customercare@chiaracolombini.com, providing photographs of the product, the outer packaging, the internal protective materials and the shipping label.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted where they result from:
· the valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal applicable to the order;
· the express written agreement of Chiara Colombini;
· or the bringing into conformity of a product recognised as non-conforming.
Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Service team so that we can provide instructions appropriate to the product and its transport.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your order, you benefit from the period provided for under the applicable law.
Where French law or equivalent European Union legislation applies, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to inform us of your decision to withdraw.
The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and instructions, properly protected, in its original packaging or in packaging suitable for its nature, fragility and value.
Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product may be taken into account in accordance with the applicable law. Onglet Livraisons et retours
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products are specifically manufactured, ordered, assembled, finished or sourced following confirmation of your order and are not held in stock.
Where a product is described as “made to order”, “made-to-order”, “special order”, “customised” or “bespoke”, the order is firm and final.
Such products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except with the express written agreement of Chiara Colombini, pursuant to an applicable statutory guarantee or where otherwise required by mandatory law.
