Paris Design Week began today with Deco Off. First stop this morning, the Ancien et Moderne pop-up organised by Quintessence, featuring a beautiful mix, including these Renzo Mongiardono-inspired ottomans by Martina Mondadori and Cabana Magazine in collaboration with Dedar, custom chinoiserie wallpaper by Fromental and photographs by Miguel Flores-Vianna. The console table, made in bronze with polished bronze butterflies is by Philippe Berry.

I love plates on walls ! These are by Carolina Irving and Penny Morrison, Irving and Morrison, who also make a great range of textiles. The marble cushions are by LA-based Rule of Three.

Afterwards, time for a wander round the fabric showrooms of the 6th Arrondissement. It was nice to meet Alexandre de Meaussé at Dedar.
