Iris Table Lamp, Kseniya Kravtsova.

This hand-crafted stoneware table lamp sprung from a natural impulse rather than a technical process. Its sculptural silhouette evokes a blossoming corolla, where the stoneware bends, opens and unfolds with an almost living grace.

As its name suggests, the Iris table lamp is inspired by the flower; this inspiration is expressed through a dialogue between earth and light. The forms intertwine, at times taut, at times generous, reminiscent of petals dancing in the wind.

Slight variations in texture, form, and colour of the ceramic are inherent to the artisanal nature of the lamp.

Material: ceramic.
