Ark desk, Lisa Allegra. 

The Ark desk combines ceramic and wood. The combination of the natural roughness of the stoneware with the oak top gives each piece an architectural feel.

Now based in Barcelona, French designer Lisa Allegra creates small collections of ceramic furniture and lighting.

Inspired by John Pawson, Donald Judd and Rachel Whiteread, Lisa Allegra creates pieces with pure and minimalist lines; using materials - ceramic, wood, fabric - that exude a natural warmth.

Each Ark desk is entirely handcrafted in Lisa Allegra's workshop in Barcelona, Spain.
