MANTIS BS2 WALL LIGHT by DCW Editions
Wall lamp MANTIS BS2, DCW Editions.
The MANTIS BS2 wall lamp was designed in 1951 by Bernard Schottlander. Artist, bricklayer engineer, he developed a clever counterweight pivot system, and used flexible and resistant metal rods. The lampshade, projected like an acrobat in the air, is at the same time design, poetic and elegant. This wall lamp is part of the Mantis collection, which is truly emblematic of the design of that period.
This wall light allows you to direct the luminous flux above you, whatever your activity. It thus advantageously replaces a suspension, or even a street lamp.
The MANTIS BS2 wall lamp is available with a black or grey-green arm.
The MANTIS BS2 wall lamp is also available in a MINI version (length: 71.5cm) available only with a black arm.
Bulb (not included): E14 - Max 11W - LED.
For the MINI version, the bulb is a LED integrated 3W.
