Feather Model 2 Pendant, Kilzi.

The Feather is a poetic pendant light inspired by the Japanese spring, its gentleness, its lightness and that quiet serenity that transforms an interior into a sanctuary.

Suspended in space like a flower carried by the air, Feather seems to float above the room. Its delicately scalloped silhouette evokes a light corolla, composed of supple, translucent petals that diffuse a warm, soft and soothing light. When a gentle breeze passes through it, the pendant may sway subtly, reinforcing this impression of natural, airy movement.

Each petal is cut by hand, using a unique combination of Japanese paper and an exclusive fibreglass-based technique. This handcrafted process reveals a living, almost textile-like material, whose fibres create a delicate weave that is a delight to contemplate up close. When lit, Feather reveals its full depth: the light passes through the material gently, revealing its nuances, its translucency and its organic texture.

Materials: fibreglass and Japanese paper.
