Founded by Emma Rayner and Katie Earl, No.12  is a dynamic East-London based studio that specialises in interior design, interior architecture and creative direction. Emma and Katie’s design aesthetic is wholly contemporary yet respectfully classic.

Their look derives from the basis of the No.12 ethos: bold, comfortable and elegantly masculine. Holding craftsmanship in high regard, No.12 combines warm materials with clean lines, textural palettes and fine detailing. The end result is a livable space that is considered and welcoming, as well as being effortlessly stylish...

N°12 Studio have recently completed The Allbright, a women's only private members club in central London and The GasHolders, apartments and penthouses built with a refurbished triplet of Grade II-listed, cast-iron gasholder guide frames at the heart of Kings Cross.
