As Victor Cadene proclaims, he is "mad for colours". A self-trained interior designer, he studied Applied Arts and spent time living in Milan, before setting up his studio.

His collages evoke a bygone world of soft-spoken elegance. His rooms are entrancing and theatrical, his colour combinations to die for.

Like a silversmith, Victor Cadene works in layers, minutely painting, cutting, retouching, glueing... until perfection.
